• During the conference days, accommodation will be provided in the IIT Delhi hostels (including mess facilities).
• Room Rent: ₹700 per day

• Please note that cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided.
• Hostel accommodation will be provided exclusively to students.
• Hostel rooms are limited in number and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. If all rooms are filled, we may have to close the accommodation form, and no further requests will be entertained due to limited availability.
• Hostel rooms will be allotted in the morning on the day of arrival.
• If any discrepancy or disciplinary violation occurs during the stay, the student will be asked to vacate the hostel immediately.
• All residents are required to follow hostel rules related to timings and discipline.
