Instruction for registration


    • Read these instructions carefully and follow them exactly to minimize the problems and delays with the production of the conference proceedings.
    • 1. Make the payment for your paper’s registration fee.
    • 2. Kindly ensure that you save the transaction receipt carefully, as it will be required to be submitted in the registration form.
    • 3. Make sure to fill out the copyright form for registration.
    • 4. Fill out the registration form if you are registering for a paper or for the conference.

Early-Bird Registration

Registration Guidelines


    • 1. At least one author of each paper must complete the Early-Bird registration process by 10th October, 2025 at non-student rate (General Registration), in order to ensure inclusion of the paper in the conference proceedings.
    • 2. If there are multiple authors registering for the same paper, additional authors can register at "Non-Author" registration rate (Like Student, Industry, etc.)
    • 3. Authors with affiliation other than Indian institutions must register in USD or EUR.
    • 4. In case of Student registration, he/she is required to upload a valid proof of being a student during the registration process.
    • 5. In the case of IAPR or IUPRAI members, a valid membership ID number must be provided during the registration process.
    • 6. If the final manuscript in Springer format exceeds 8 pages, the additional INR 4,000 or USD 200 or EUR 180 will be charged for each extra page (maximum of 2 pages for a paper).
    • 7. A single author registration is valid for a maximum of two papers.
    • 8. Papers that are not accompanied by the author registration will not be included in the conference proceedings and will not appear in the Springer LNCS series.
    • 9. If you register under the Workshop and Tutorial category, you will be able to access all workshop and tutorial sessions, including lunch. However, please note that this registration is valid for only one day - 11th December 2025.

Instructions for Preparing the Copyright Form

1. The copyright form can be downloaded here in Word or PDF format.

2. Fill the following details as per the information submitted earlier to PReMI 2025.
• First Page: Proposed title of the contribution; Author(s) Full Name(s); and Corresponding Author Name
• Last Page: Sign the copyright form and fill the other details such as date, address, E-mail id, name, etc.

3. Please don't change any pre-filled information in the copyright form.

4. Any changes in the paper title and name of authors will not be entertained.

Instructions for Preparing the Transaction Receipt

1. Download the payment Guidelines from Here (Payment Guidelines)

2. The registration fee mentioned above includes 18% GST.

3. Please note that cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided.

4. Authors are requested to mention their Paper ID in the reference or remarks section during the payment transaction.

5. Kindly ensure that you save the transaction receipt carefully, as it will be required to be submitted in the registration form.

Instructions to Fill Out the Final Registration Form

1. This registration form is for registering your paper and for conference registration.
2. This registration form is for everyone who wants to attend the conference, whether or not they are presenting a paper.
